Joint-stock company "REGITRA" receives data on the served sentence from the Department of Informatics and Communications under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania. If Joint-stock company "REGITRA" does not have ("does not see") such data, then it should contact the Department of Informatics and Communications under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania, where it issues certificates of conviction (no conviction). In such a case, the Lithuanian Probation Service, when contacting the person, would write a letter about the court decision received and started to be enforced and about the enforced / unenforced.
When postponing the execution of a sentence, the court may impose on the convicted person one or several mutually agreed measures of penal sanctions provided for in Chapter IX of the Criminal Code and (or) obligations provided for in Article 75 of the Criminal Code. When imposing measures of penal sanctions provided for in Chapter IX of the Criminal Code and (or) obligations provided for in Parts 6 and 7 of Article 75 of the Criminal Code, the court shall determine the time within which the convicted person must comply with them. One of the measures of penal sanctions provided for in Chapter IX of the Criminal Code is compensation or elimination of material and (or) non-material damage (Article 69 of the Criminal Code), the implementation of which is controlled by the probation service.
